Title: Finance Supervisor/ Manager, Egham
Salary: GBP32 - GBP38,000 subject to experience
ASAP start for 3 - 6 months
An exciting time to join our clients busy transactional team on a temporary basis for 3 - 6 months. We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to be responsible for supporting key finance processing.
This position is responsible for managing bank account area in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Duties include overseeing day to day activities of the Department and ensuring the company's Treasury function is organised, efficient and produces accurate financial & management records and reporting.
Duties will include:
Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Continuing to improve the payment process
Bank statement reconciliationsWhat we are looking for:
A proven track record in a similar role
Min 5 years of experience in a related position
Experience in ERP systems (S4 HANA preferable)
Excellent computer skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to analyse data and draw logical conclusions
Ability to define accounting problems and recommend solutions
Ability to organise work and set priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to compile and present financial reports
Self motivated, highly organised and methodical with attention to detail
Able to meet tight deadlines
