A new opportunity has arisen with my clients, an estate agency based in the Oldham area, who are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The position will require a highly organised individual with experience within the Lettings industry, as well as, a full UK driving licence with access to own car. This is a diverse role therefore our clients are seeking a good all-rounder with the ability to carry out the following tasks:
* Attending Viewings within Residential Sales and Lettings
* Providing Feedback to Vendors and Landlords
* Dealing with tenancy deposits
* Check Ins
* Check outs
* Assisting with Inventories
Working hours:
* As a Lettings Negotiator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
* Our clients are closed on Saturdays however require alternate Sunday working between 9am and 1pm.
In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator the following:
* A basic salary of GBP18,000
* On target earnings of GBP21,000
* Pension scheme
* Extremely generous holiday entitlement
