What you'll be doing

If have an excellent understanding of talent attraction and have managed the end to end recruitment process, join Optivo as a Talent Acquisition Advisor.

You'll work closely alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit for multiple divisions of the business, using a direct sourcing approach. You will be effective at building relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, and are able to coach when and where needed on effective interviewing assessment and selection methods. You will also be across all associated recruitment administration including screening, scheduling interviews, and managing the offer and on boarding process.

You will also collaborate closely with the wider team to report on key recruitment metrics, and support project work on developing our offer to candidates and on-boarding, as well as championing diversity and inclusion in recruitment.

What you'll need

You will have a good knowledge of recruitment practice and how to implement it in an in-house environment. You have strong influencing and negotiating skills, and are great at building strong and effective working relationships rapidly with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You also have strong time management and able to deliver well under pressure. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver well written advert copy. You are committed to continually learning and exploring the latest in innovative hiring methods, and passionate about recruiting the best people.
