IMH Recruitment have an exciting new role come available as a Lettings Agent based in the Rotherham area. Our client is one of South Yorkshire's leading independent estate agents.
This position is based at Rotherham, however will require the successful candidate to travel around South Yorkshire so you MUST hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Booking & arranging inspections.
* Attending tenanted properties to conduct inspections across South Yorkshire.
* Preparing reports on properties through our software.
* Carrying out inventories on properties prior to move in.
* Identifying maintenance issues.
* Communicating with our lettings office to facilitate repairs.
* Identifying safety hazards & defects on properties.
* Carrying out final inspections on properties after vacating.
* Conducting viewings on properties.
Required:
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Highly motivated.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Good literacy skills.
* Ability to work alone.
* Computer literate.
Hours and Pay:
* Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00.
* Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00 (Saturday will swap for 1 day in the week).
* GBP9 per hour plus bonus scheme.
