This is a 12-month FTC that is a mixture of onsite and remote working that can be located in either the Manchester or Cardiff office.

What would your day look like?

* Working as part of the People team responsible for Organisational Transformation. Organisational Transformation is a group wide programme to integrate and transform a number of functional areas across the client Finance, creating a shared services proposition for client Group.
* Supporting the business by providing change management expertise, from design and analysis through to execution and benefits tracking.
* Responsible for supporting the business by providing change management expertise, from design and analysis through to execution and benefits tracking.
* Working alongside business SME's and project resources, including Communications to implement the changes to ensure they are aligned to the Group purpose, the Group Shared Value Drivers and be a key enabler of driving the Group culture.
* Specifically, responsible for shaping the project milestones for all people related activities, conduct impact assessments to determine the appropriate change activities required, establish and deliver all consultation related activities.
* Ensuring all project milestones are tracked and reported on. Identifying and tracking all risks and issues, introducing ways of mitigating people risks to the project.
* Managing and advising key stakeholders through the project to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the people implications and approaches that need to be taken, in order to implement the required changes successfully.
* Developing (but not owning) relationships with business leaders and being a visible and proactive presence in the business.

What do we expect of you?

* Experience of working as People/HR Consultant or Change Manager with multiple stakeholder groups.
* Strong ER & related employment law experience, to coach, challenge and influence business leaders to achieve the right outcome and provide necessary support and guidance to deliver required organizational changes.
* Experience of project management and coordination
* Change management experience
* Bold, resilient and pragmatic - not afraid to take calculated risks whilst balancing our need to be robust and diligent to ensure we keep our bank safe.
* Experience of working with people data and ability to analyse this and turn it into valuable insights.
* Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.
* Good understanding of the management of people risks and ability to challenge and influence business leaders where appropriate to ensure these risks are identified and mitigated effectively.
* Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to effectively manage conflicting demands.
* Consistently role model the organisation's values and behaviours.
