Senior CRM Key User
Kingspan Insulation is a global market leader in the manufacture and supply of premium high-performance rigid insulation within the building services sector. We are looking to recruit a Senior Key User to provide extensive detailed support to the business for the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System. The post holder will be the connection between the business and the IT CRM teams. The company offers a competitive salary in return.
Key responsibilities of our Senior CRM Key User:
- Enhancing and maintaining precise testing and training records.
- Regularly review, update and circulate business processes
- Policing the database in key areas~
- Analysing raw data from within the system
- Managing change requests
- Overseeing system projects & deployments in line with change requests to meet deadlines
- Scoping and supporting the business and IT teams in rolling out the system into new business units
- Maintaining a high standard of database support
- Attending meetings online, on and off site as is required by the business and producing subsequent minutes and action plans
- Supporting other business units across the division/group
- Documenting new processes and procedures and ensuring they are distributed and accepted among the business.
- Support and manage the expectations of the system key users
Key skills of our Senior CRM Key User:
- Good general level of education
- Database/CRM experience preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Financially astute with good negotiation skills
- Ability to learn and adjust quickly
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Common sense approach to problem solving and decision making
- Strong organizational skills; logical and process minded
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit for our ideal Senior CRM Key User:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Business and Administration or Customer Services
