An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and reputable Remediation Contractor. The successful candidate will work remotely, supporting project based work across South East England.
Applicants must demonstrate a strong academic background, having a degree in quantity surveying or similar Preferably candidates would have professional qualifications and/ or membership of the RICS or another relevant Chartered Institute.
Experience relating to pre-construction Quantity Surveying, estimating, project cost plans, feasibility studies and measurements, costing and quoting for tender requests, billing of quantities, contract assessments, organising project schedules and liaising with clients.
Knowledge of, and experience, in administering high value, earthworks and brownfield remediation project work packages/ contracts utilising forms of contract such as NEC3 is desired.
