EHC Assessment Coordinator needed for West Berkshire Council, GBP22 ltd an hour
Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months initially
Hours per week - 37 hours
Pay rate - GBP22 ltd an hour

Location - Newbury
Description
*To coordinate Education Health and Care (EHC) Assessments for a caseload of children with SEN and disabilities, leading to high quality outcome focused EHC Plans, working in close partnership with families and professionals
*Ensure the Education Health and Care assessment process is carried out efficiently
*Work in partnership with parents and ensure that children, young people and their families are fully involved in the assessment process
*Meet with parents and the child or young person at intervals during the assessment process
What is required?
*Minimum 5 years' experience working SEN and disability in either Education, Social Care or Health
*Extensive experience working with parents and families
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
