Reporting to the Operations Director, the newly formed role of Financial Operations Manager will provide high quality reporting, process and quality control to the operations team.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Produce detailed annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts

• Produce accurate monthly management and variance reports

• Produce business and client profitability and analysis reports as required

• Review and approve all bank payments, sales invoices and purchase invoices

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations

We are looking for someone who is highly numerate with good commercial acumen and experience gained in a professional services firm or similar type of environment. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.

This role requires someone who is ability to juggle ever-changing priorities and work to very tight deadlines. An extremely high level of attention to detail is required, along with excellent written communication skills. Please see our website for the full job description.
