Do you have at least 2 years of Client Delivery experience with a proven track record of the full project lifecycle? Do you live or able to commute to the Macclesfield area? Would you like to work for an award winning company specialising in retail display maintenance and installation?
Cordant People are supporting a leading company in the retail display industry who are looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager to join their busy team.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of Client Delivery experience or equivalent
Proven track record of the full project lifecycle
Good understanding of Project Management and retail operations
Strong commercial awareness
Third Party liaising and negotiation skills are essential
PC literate, confident with all MS Office applications
Analytical approach
High attention to detailTHE OVERVIEW:
GBP22,000 - GBP30,000 DOE
Based onsite: SK10 area
Hours 9am - 5:30pm
23 days holiday (increases to 25 after 2yrs)
Free Parking
Birthday day off work
Pension standard = 5% employee, 3% employer
Kitchen facilities/vending machine onsite THE ROLE:
Build strong client relationships as the main operational point of contact for your allocated accounts and/or clients.
Provide key information to the client prior to the project going live and then ongoing as requested within agreed timescales.
Ensure that client expectations are managed effectively with the aim to always exceed expectations where possible.
Manage any complaints in relation to your allocated account(s) effectively and in a timely fashion.
Responsible for all Client invoicing for your allocated account(s).
Responsible for preparing quote models as required for approval by senior management.
