Waking Night Support Worker | Supported Living service
Macclesfield | Congleton

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and proud care provider based across Cheshire East. They are currently looking to add a Waking Night Support Worker to their Supported Living service.
About the client
To improve the lives of people using our service by providing direct support services to an individual or groups of individuals. This includes being a point of contact with referring agents and partnership agencies to ensure effective liaison arrangements with respect to individual support are continued and enhanced.
Where is the role: This position is based in Macclesfield and is commutable from Congleton, Macclesfield, Leek, Langley, Prestbury, Adlington, Bollington, Biddulph, Sandbach, Sutton, Holmes Chapel, Alsager
