Cove Industrial Enterprises is a fine limit sub contract sheet metal company servicing the electronics, defence and aerospace industries.
The company works to close tolerance in wide range of light gauge materials.
Work is fast paced and varied. The company offers a wide range of services from precision sheet metal, wet and powder painting; silk-screening and laser engraving; through to electronic assembly. All of these processes done in house to ISO(Apply online only) accreditation.
The company has been established over 60 years and is financially stable, with modern machinery and technology.
The factory operates a 4 ?? day basic week - 38 Hrs (1pm finish on a Friday), though there is often opportunity for overtime.
Primary Duties:
To carry out various sheet metal activities with commitment to high quality and attention to detail. To be able adhere to drawing and customer specifications to a high standard of finish.
The Operator will follow the provided work planning schedule passed from their Cell Leader. The Operator will need to maintain an accurate log of operation time on our ERP System, to enable work to be tracked through the workshop and accurate levels of stock monitored.
The Operator will work in a safe manner at all times, maintaining a clean working area and equipment
