Flexibility to work remotely, although this role will require frequent visits to Head Office and travel out to other sites as and when required.

You will lead and manage on all aspects of their Product training. This includes; design, delivery and evaluation. You will deliver training to internal and external stakeholders ensuring that Product knowledge internally is excellent and that their customers have the skills and confidence to use their system.
We are seeking an individual who is methodical, organised and has the ability to work to deadlines. You'll be friendly and a team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
If you can offer the following experience then we are keen to hear from you:
* 3 year's experience as a training manager.
* Confident to deliver clear and concise training, presentations and web conferences.
* Exposure to different learning techniques and identifying the most appropriate delivery mechanism for training programmes.
* Delivering group or 1 to 1 training.
* Creating fulfilling and engaging training materials, both internal and external.
* Online training and strong technical knowledge
