Innovation Manager - 40K - 60K + Healthcare + Excellent Pension - Glasgow.
Aspirare are currently recruiting for an Innovation Manager for our client who are a global player in their field of Engineering supply chain solutions.
An unique opportunity has arisen within the group for an Innovation Manager to own, design and develop the growth of an existing network platform which provides a delivery vehicle for ideas and innovation that addresses challenges presented by the industries transformation and development.
This success of this role will be measured with the delivery of relevant and aligned projects for the business and its customer base.
The role requires a commercially experienced Engineering mind set who has a background within manufacturing and can demonstrate a proven track record in project management and point to examples of creative improvement and enhancing the client experience whilst coordinating through the challenges of strategy management , Innovation lead and building relationships to making a difference.
A natural talent for effective communication is required with internal and external customers whilst being able to bring the takeaway information and promote to stakeholders.
This opportunity will require a high practical person who can push through the boundaries with true leadership whilst being able to follow the plan in line with the wider team
New ideas to stakeholders and potential opportunities with a creative mind set to promote best practice that can be brought to life in this role adding value to all areas of the supply chain.
