About the roles

We have some exciting vacancies within our Charity Shops for various Assistant Manager roles. The vacancies include:

Assistant Manager (22.5 hours per week) - Saffron Walden

Assistant Manager (30 hours per week) - Thorley, Bishop's Stortford

Assistant Manager (22.5 hours per week) - Ware

Our Assistant Managers will help and support the Retail Manager with the day to day management of the store. You will be an organised, creative individual with experience of reconciliation of cash takings and stock control. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality customer care is demonstrated by staff and volunteers at all times. Retail experience is essential as you will be supporting the Retail Manager to help achieve income targets and maximising all opportunities to generate shop income.

St Elizabeth's Centre

St Elizabeth's is situated in 68 acres of Hertfordshire countryside between Harlow and Bishop's Stortford. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in our Children's Homes, School, College, Residential Homes with Nursing and Day Centre. All of our employees need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that allow us to positively support the living and learning of people with epilepsy and other complex needs within our care. We operate a chain of 9 charity shops in and around Hertfordshire and Essex, to support us to make this incredible work possible.
