Birch is an ambitious, well funded hospitality start-up that’s looking to reinvent the traditional hotel.

Initially it is a series of lifestyle retreats, based a stone’s throw from a city, enabling city residents the opportunity to escape and play but not needing to jump in the car for hours, our first property set in 55 Acres with 140 bedrooms is based just 30 mins form Liverpool Street in Cheshunt

Mainly Mon-Fri

Essentially in the role you will be:

• Working Mainly Monday to Friday 06.30-15.30
• Taking in all deliveries for the site, from Food for the Kitchens, Wine and alcohol for the Bars, Stationary for the stores and anything else that is delivered for use on site.
• Ensuring that all deliveries are checked appropriately for damage, food temperatures and quality , and put away in their correct storage areas
• In charge of all storage areas, for the correct storage of items, cleanliness of the areas and the organisation of all stores across the site.
• In charge of the completion stock checks
• In charge of the distribution of goods from the central stores area
• Processing delivery notes and making the correlation with any credit notes required
• Must be IT literate and able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Use of procurement software an advantage.
• Taking care of our on line ordering / receiving programmes
