This is a chance to release and reset, free from the judgements, expectations, and constraints of daily life.

Initially it is a series of lifestyle retreats, based a stone’s throw from a city, enabling city residents the opportunity to escape and play but not needing to jump in the car for hours, our first property set in 55 Acres with 140 bedrooms is based just 30 mins form Liverpool Street in Cheshunt

This Role:

The Parlour is part of the Wellness Space at Birch. With 4 treatment rooms, showers and lounge area, you will be part of a team of therapists to deliver a range of treatments curated by our chosen product partner, ensuring our escape artists receive a unique and engaging experience on every occasion, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of this area, its bookings and management.

re:lax at Birch offers a carefully curated menu of holistic treatments working with organic, ethical products. The ideal candidate is Level 2 and 3 trained with at least 1 years experience. A passion for holistics such as massage, reflexology, facials and natural skincare is a must.

You will receive in house training for this position.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
• To deliver the re:lax at Birch menu to the highest standard for every client
• To be punctual and ensure the day runs smoothly and on time
• To manage the booking system and be mindful of any gaps in the schedule
• Work with the manager to create content to drive awareness around our offering
• To drive retail sales
• Keep treatment rooms look beautiful, clean and tidy at all times
