Product Owner (tech/agile dev)
Product Owner, Digital, Web - Reading, Part remote working - GBP45k-GBP55k
As a Product Owner you will be working with internal and external Stakeholders, clients and development teams to ensure products are fit for purpose and perform to the best standard possible.
You will be able to consult with clients to understand the specific needs of their business whilst managing and challenging expectations where needed.
Working on the delivery of Production content, you will take ownership of the full product life cycle. Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, being able to identify trend and developments to then update these in line with your findings, being able to stay ahead.
Working closely with the User Experience and Development teams, you will have a good understanding of Agile methodologies, able to lead daily scrums, plan and review as required.
Your role:
You will establish client requirements into a product backlog of user stories, prioritise and maintain the backlog and manage release plans.
Create, maintain and update roadmaps to reflect the latest trends.
Working closely with stakeholders and clients to ensure all business requirements are met.
Deliver product plans and proposals to senior management teams.
Defining, implementing and analysing product KPIs for the enhancement of products.
Working with marketing teams, heads of business and management teams to ensure products are performing to highest possible standard.
Creating supporting product documentation and materials for the marketing and sales teams.
We need you to have:
Minimum 3 years working with Agile Scrum methodologies.
B2B experience as a Product Owner.
Production content delivery.
Ability to lead from the front.
Able to manage and lead internal and external teams.
Strong problem solving skills.
Experience holding and managing conversations with Senior management, stakeholders and clients.
Ideally being a Certified Scrum Product Owner
Have an awareness of web based technologies.
