Location: Llandarcy, Neath/Wilcrick, Magor/St Clears
(Please note that this post will initially be required to work from home, with a blended return to the office location in the future).
Qualifications: The post requires a HNC in Civil Engineering construction related discipline or equivalent, a current Driving Licence and Training in Health and Safety.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Engineer Community and Safety within our Capital Programme Team. The Senior Engineer will support the Principal Engineer Community and Safety and deputise if necessary, in the overall development and delivery of the Welsh Government’s annual programme of traffic and safety engineering projects across the Trunk Road and Motorway network in South.
You will also support the Principal Engineer Community and Safety ensuring effective co-ordination, programming and contract administration of all traffic and safety engineering projects on the network to ensure compliance with the Welsh Government’s requirements.
