An established private practice advising on all aspects company and commercial law throughout the southern region with an excellent client base providing good quality work.

The Role
The successful company commercial solicitor will be required to provide clients with advice on mergers and acquisitions, company law, commercial agreements, intellectual property, corporate transactions and joint ventures. This company commercial solicitor role will suit an ambitious company commercial solicitor looking for career progression. The company commercial solicitor will work in the Wiltshire office.

The Candidate
A Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in Company, Commercial and Corporate law having worked in a regional, national or city firm.
