£41,881 - £44,863 per annum

*A market pay supplement of £4,000 will be applied.

Location: Llandarcy, Neath SA10 6EJ

(Please note that this post will initially be required to work from home, with a blended return to the office location in the future).

You will have a degree in either Civil Engineering, Procurement or Quantity Surveying with Associate membership of either the ICE, CIHT, RICS or equivalent with significant project management experience.

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager based in the SWTRA offices in Llandarcy. The role will have overall responsibility for overseeing the preparation, procurement, operation, monitoring and renewal of the Agent’s framework contracts, term maintenance contracts and service delivery agreements. You will assist in the development and implementation of project procurement and administration policy and procedures including the development and implementation of relevant project management and contract administration systems and associated databases.
