WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?

• Quality checking of product
• Ensuring product codes are correct
• Ensuring any issues are highlighted to Senior Operator/Shift Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor
• Ensuring the Clean as You Go Policy is adhered to.
• To ensure Health and Safety compliance at all times.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

The right attitude and approach to work is really more important than skill set for this role, as full training will be given. However, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Right to work in United Kingdom
• Good verbal and written English communication
• Good hand to reye co-ordination
• Strong numeracy skills

If you've worked in a food manufacturing environment previously this would be beneficial, but it's by no means essential.

WHAT ARE THE FINER DETAILS OF YOUR ROLE?

This is a permanent night shift role where you will be required to work a total of 36 hours per week, comprising of 3 x 12-hour shifts. You will work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday one week and then the following week you will work Thursday, Friday & Saturday. You will not work on a Sunday. This role provides an incredible work life balance as you will have up to 7 days rest between rotations every three weeks.

COVID-19 is taken very seriously within NFF. You willtherefore receive testing twice a week and will be responsible for adhering to screen partitions and walk ways throughout the factory.

SALARY PACKAGE

This position pays GBP9 per hour, however, you will be paid for 40 hours whilst working only 36.
