TITTLE: Finnish Speaker Customer Support SpecialistLOCATION: Reading, Berkshire (office-based role)SALARY: 24,000 GBP + Fantastic BenefitsSECTOR: Technology & SolutionsLANGUAGES REQUIRED: English and FinnishWe are searching for a passionate customer service representative with a commercial mindset to work in a Help-desk centre, providing support and technical advice to clients both in the UK and Finland.Amongst other, your key responsibilities will be:
- Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
- Providing excellent customer service (including inbound & outbound telephone and email) and being able to implement successful changes to improve Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy.
- Ensuring that specific Brand service requirements are delivered in accordance to brands strategies and customer service level agreements.
- Providing clear communications between the company and its customers. Ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing product advice.
- Providing general local language support which may include translations.
- Recognising problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers.
- Logging customer queries and issues using SBS call logging software and sees them through to resolution achieving SLA response times.
- Identifying potential membership upgrade/opportunities for Business Development and transferring them to the relevant departments.
- Bringing improvements to the daily operational activities, resulting in increased value for the customer as well as internal process improvements.
- Fluent in English and Finnish.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone and excellent writing abilities.
- Confident in IT systems - Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
- Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
