Junior Property Administrator
Martin & Co (Crewe & Nantwich) are offering a fantastic opportunity to a dynamic and proactive individual, to join our successful Customer Services Team.
As well as benefiting from a locally owned company, you will also be joining one of the UK's Major Franchise Groups with close to over 400 Letting and Sales Offices Nationwide. Operating such brands as Whitegates, C J Hole, Ellis & Co so your development will also gain from a PLC training programme.
As a Junior Property Administrator you will be building excellent customer knowledge and building your career experience in the property industry. Full training will be given to develop you relationship building with Landlords, tenants and contractors alike.
A summary of the duties that are as follows;
Responding to tenants maintenance enquires.
Instructing contractors and follow up to ensure jobs are carried out satisfactory.
Informing landlords of completion of jobs.
Liaise with tenants to organise property visits for inspection clerk.
Booking safety certificates and uploading onto the system.

Enthusiastic team member player, with a passion for learning, who is able to multi-task as well as work well under pressure.
Have strong attention to detail.
Good PC Skills, able to produce accurate, well presented work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full driving license.
Basic Salary GBP19,000.00
GBP500.00 on basic salary successful completion of NFOPP (sponsored by Company)
Saturdays on rota system (25 per annum) hours worked 10am till 1.30pm. (Emergency on call rota once per month)
If own car used private mileage paid but department has company vehicles.
