The Role

This SEN Teaching Assistant role requires someone who is experienced in dealing with challenging behaviour and/or moderate learning difficulties. The ideal candidate would be an outstanding role model who can lead by example in terms of attitude towards learning and demonstrating appropriate classroom behaviour. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with young students closely in a 1:1 or small group setting so you must be able to build good rapport with the students through having a friendly personality and optimistic mindset.
