The role of Personal Assistant will include helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking, answer phone calls, take notes, schedule meetings and send emails on behalf of your manager as well as organise events. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work within a close-knit team, with an option to work remotely.

Description
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Filing and other administrative duties.
Profile
The successful Personal Assistant will have:
- Previous experience in a PA/EA role
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Tact and diplomacy
- Communication skills
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
