Job Title: Site Supervisor

Salary: GBP22 to GBP25 per hour depending on experience
Company & Project: Our client, a civil engineer and groundworks company is seeking a supervisor to join the team and work on a new supermarket.
Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to):
Managing workforce and liaising with client's representatives on-site
Ensuring works are being carried out to program and within budget
Monitoring Health and Safety on site
Very good eye for detail
Communicating with project manager
A strong focus on delivery high quality workmanship and demonstrating ongoing pride on every job
Manage workload effectively, plan ahead and meet deadlines
Highly motivated and able to manage and inspire a team to work to their best potential
Manage the health and safety on site
Desirable Experience & Skills:
SMSTS
CSCS
First aid
Must have groundworks/ civil engineering experience
