Casual Reception Staff
Hourly Rate: GBP9 per hour
Location: Milton Keynes

Due to continuing success, we are looking for Casual Reception staff to join our team. As part of the Reception team you will be on the front line, delivering on our mission!
The Role
You will be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. The role expectations are:
-To be responsible, reliable, loyal, trustworthy, self-motivated with good customer service skills, good computer skills and administration skills.
-You are the first point of call, assisting and answering any queries from members, guests, visitors and colleagues. Therefore, you must be smart, presentable, welcoming, positive, and offer a friendly, helpful customer service to everyone.
-Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service.
-To enjoy working with people, to over exceed the guests' expectations and satisfaction.
-To carry out all aspects of administration of the role with good communication.
-To input bookings and to perform bookings checks. This includes encouraging and selling the bookings to maintain and increase leisure activity occupancy.
-Processing bookings and to perform booking checks through our EPOS booking system, by telephone, emails, and walk ins.
-To comply with current SLC policies for guests and staff, including the Fire & Health & Safety Procedures.
-To have good work ethic, be adaptable and be willing to carry out additional tasks when necessary.
-To be fully conversant with the facilities and location to respond to enquiries.
-To ensure you perform all Reception duties to the required standards.
-To attend any team and training meetings as required
Qualities Required
*A passion for 5* service
*Excellent attention to detail
*Forward-thinking and innovative
*Excellent telephone manner
*Great with people
*Proficient in English language
Hours, Holidays and Pay Rate
*Zero hours contract. Variety of days Monday to Sunday according to the weekly rota demands.
*Shifts: AM Shift (09.00 to 16.00) PM Shift (16.00 to 23.00) according to the weekly rota but can be subject to change to meet the demands of the centre.
*Annual leave accrued according to the hours worked.
*Competitive hourly rate of GBP9 per hour
