Data Reporting Analyst/Administrator

This Data Reporting Analyst position will see the successful candidate compiling weekly and monthly reports for the business based on the status of the companies quality performance to customers and the status of the companies sustainability metrics.
This role is suited to those who have a background in data processing and analytics. You must be a strong user of Microsoft Excel and have excellent attention to detail producing large amounts of data to enable internal stakeholders to make calculated business decisions.
Job specific requirements:
To compile weekly reports for the business on the status of quality performance to customers.
To support the business on creating adhoc reports that support our performance indicators.
To support the business with data metrics that drive key business decisions.
To support the business in creatin review reports.
To develop the inhouse systems for data capture and reporting.
Undertake the development, maintenance and reporting of KPI's (both internal and customer) to drive a continuous improvement culture.
Assist with the creation of customer and supplier reviews using data compiled within the Technical and Commercial teams.
Work in conjunction with the technical team to develop reports that demonstrate our due diligence status for all KPI's.Person specification:
Have a good understanding of computer-based recording & reporting software such as Excel, SQL or BI, suitable for data capture.
Have a proactive & flexible approach to managing tasks.
Be able to work as part of a team & independently.
Have strong organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Be an excellent communicator.
Have strong competency with PC's & systems.
High attention to detail.
Be able to create strong working relationships with all parties involved in the business.
