Our Social Work services have a focus on:
?? Providing high-quality and child-centred assessments
?? Writing comprehensive and evidenced-based reports
?? Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
?? Working collaboratively with families, professionals and community resources
As a Social Work Advanced Practitioner we require you to:
?? Be an experienced qualified social worker who is registered with Social Work England
?? Be able to manage a complex caseload
?? Have an up-to-date Continuing Professional Development Portfolio as required by registration requirements
?? Take responsibility for developing skills, expertise and knowledge for a wide range of practice issues and to provide consultation, coaching and mentoring within the team, including effective case management, purposeful evidence-based interventions, analytical assessments and high-quality written work
?? Support in maintaining and developing high professional standards across the team.
?? To work collaboratively to deliver Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) and Child Abuse & Neglect (CAN) interventions.
?? Quality assure Assessment reports
?? Have experience and be passionate about working with children and their families
?? Have good knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory guidance and social theory
?? Have experience of working in a court arena, care proceedings, preparing and presenting evidence in court
?? Be able to work across our services and within the community
?? Your experience and expertise will determine your suitability for the particular role.
