Role: Digital Product Manager
Location: Leamington Spa
Length: 12 - 15-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to GBP55,000
Leading the digital transformation, you will be working with multiple external and internal resources to ensure the delivery of the website project. This is a key role, leading on a large digital transformation piece. Proven experience of working on similar projects is essential with Agile scrum methodology. Clear communication is essential and the ability to explain technical aspects of the project to a wider audience whilst being involved in the onboarding of the project.
- Ensuring high engagement with all stakeholders, internally and with external resources
- Working collaboratively with the wider digital marketing team to support the project
- Delivering outstanding user experience through data-led insights
- Good working knowledge of UI, UX and best practises
- Strong ability to lead and manage all aspect of the digital product cycle
- Website management
- Working extensively with external agencies
- Digital omnichannel B2C/customer-centric domain
- eCommerce, web, CRM and App development
- Quality assure ensuring for the whole website and its transformation across content, design and user experience
- Briefing internal/ external digital resources to ensure the digital channels are adequately supported
