Chef de Partie & Jnr Sous South Oxfordshire (Live in)
Based in a village location near Abingdon in Oxfordshire, you will find this lovely little hotel, boasting an award winning, rosette restaurant, using the very best produce around. The business is part of a small group of quality traditional British properties. The menu is a mix of French & British, with canape options and lighter bites.
The main restaurant is around 50 covers, plus they are currently extending their function space and they also have a temporary marquee outside, which offers more casual dining options.
We are looking for both a Chef de Partie & Jnr Sous Chef to join an existing brigade of around 4 chefs.
Working around 45 hours per week, you must also be prepared to work some split shifts, though not all the time.
Salary for Chef de Partie is GBP25,000 + tip share (Live in available at GBP50pw)
Jnr Sous Chef is GBP27-GBP29K + tips (Live in available at GBP50pw)
