VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST/SWITCHBOARD OPERATORS
PERMANENT ROLE
IMMIDATE START
GBP9.20 Per Hour
CREWE
Based on the outskirts of Crewe within beautiful surroundings, our client is looking for several Virtual Receptionists to join them in their newly refurbished offices. Delivering excellent customer service you will be responsible for receiving calls from various customers and directing their queries appropriately to the correct department. You will be to acting as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and queries, providing a friendly, professional telephone answering service, taking messages, booking appointments and ensuring that customers are provided with a first class service.
You will need to be confident on the phone and dedicated to providing a hands on reception experience where you will support clients and customers alike.
Duties include;
Receiving high volumes of incoming calls
Speaking to customers over the phone
Taking messages on behalf of clients and updating client contact on the internal system
Transferring calls
Assisting with queries
8 hours each day within the hours of 8am - 8pm (for example 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/12pm-8pm etc.) One weekend in every four.
