We are looking for an individual to join our Tier 1 Support team as a Technical Support Apprentice, working alongside the team to provide support to our customers while studying the Unified Communications Trouble Shooter apprenticeship standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Logging support calls for our customers within the helpdesk system, ensuring information collected is accurate and prioritised appropriately
* Proactive monitoring of internal and customer systems
* Keeping support requests up to date
* Providing technical input to support requests to progress or resolve
* Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
Apprenticeship
You will be studying the Level 4 Unified Communications Trouble Shooter apprenticeship standard across 24 months, building the following skills:
* Configuration and troubleshooting of voice solutions, Data solutions and Network Services solutions
* Configuration and maintenance of a domain service, network, security principles, servers and client software
You will also build knowledge on the following areas:
* Server administration principles
* Server and client architecture
* Security principles
* Network fundamentals
* Network services solutions
* Domain services
* Voice solutions
* Data solutions
