S Guest Consultancy Services is working in Partnership with an established organisation in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse/ Operations Administrator to join a fast growing friendly organisation based on the outskirts of Birmingham.
Please note that this role is 50% Customer Service/Administration and 50% warehouse work involving heavy lifting. This position is an immediate start so candidates need to be available.
The successful candidate will be required to support the Sales team with all operational administration
* Picking and packing of medical supplies and lifting heavy crates
* Supporting 12 sales staff with administration, client details and order requirements
* Tracking and processing volume orders
* Logistics for delivery
* Booking in goods against PO's
* Chasing back orders
* Ensure all online documentation follows correct audit procedures
* Stock Checking
The ideal candidate will:-
Be available immediately
Warehouse and Administration experience
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of Excel ( pivot tables and formulas)
Salary GBP22,000 rising to GBP24,000 after probationary period
Hours are 8.00am - 4pm Monday to Friday
