Despite the current economic challenges, the business continues to grow year on year and once again key hires have been identified to further strengthen what was already a high performing M&E team. The latest noteworthy vacancy relates to HVAC Design and most importantly a search for a Senior or Principal level Engineer to take a lead role across the M&E Design division. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the design section, responsible for delivering projects, assisting Junior Engineers and encouraging high levels of technical competency and communication at all times.
Applications are invited from experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineers able to provide full heating, ventilation and air conditioning design, along with promoting strong leadership and a client facing approach. An appreciation of the wider aspects and challenges the construction industry faces is also important, well positioned to represent the company at design meetings and able to encourage multidisciplinary collaboration across complex projects.
The environment is often fast paced, requiring an energetic "can do" attitude, providing an important service based at the heart of the design team.
