we are in the market for a Sales Account Manager for a dynamic, energetic and a fast-growing award-winning mobile and smart device accessory distributor.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the customer relationship, matching customer needs with our range, and upselling where possible.

Alongside being target driven, you will constantly strive for delivering excellent customer service and be confident in collating customer feedback and using this to further develop your sales techniques and lead generation.

Core responsibilities in the role will be to:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly targets to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Keep records of client transactions via CRM
  • The ability to build a product range for your clients, maintaining and increasing the opportunity upon regular review

To be effective in this role you will need to:

  • Have 5+ years Sales Account experience
  • Have proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Experience of working in a Product Management, Supply Chain or mobile devices environment
    ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused product portfolio based on customer needs
  • Have proven ability to manage multiple customers at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills including negotiation and presentation skills
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite
