Deliver furniture on behalf high street retailers.

Customers own property, installing the furniture they have purchased, beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining room furniture.

A crew can be in the Customers property from 10 minutes to 4 hours dependant on install.

Full White Glove service, meet and greet by Porter then laying down the Carpet protector placing shoe cover on and survey the route to room of choice before commencing the installation, we use un-packing quilts to remove the item from the boxes and when handling Upholstery we wear White Gloves, we take pride in our work and have won awards for Customer Service Satisfaction so we Expect high quality service all of the time, can you meet this criteria?

DBS Checks: to have a CRB check conducted prior to going on the road.

Crews: 2 Man crews approximately 45 working 4 x 12hr shifts 12.45 including un-paid break, starting from 04:30 to approx 06:30AM, The working week is based on a 48hr average Week on the 26 Week WTD reference period, Working mainly Monday to Saturday 6 Days per Week we have however worked Sundays in the past and may in the future move to 7 Day deliveries if this viable

Tachograph compliance: All digi cards are downloaded daily and are monitored by the FTA. Manual entries and any infringements are very high on our agenda

Working Hours: As explained earlier the working Week is based on a 48Hr average over the 26 Week Reference period, this means for any Training HD or Legal Transport, Investigation meetings or disciplinary meetings you will have to attend site on a 5th Day working basis un-paid due to you being salaried and your hours being used as an average over the 26 Weeks

Week 1 - Mon - Thur.

Week 2 - Wed - Sat.

Week 3 - Mon/Tues & Fri/Sat.
