The Role:
In the Office Manager role you'll report to the Director and will be primarily responsible for supporting the commercial and operational side of a construction business.

Specific tasks include:
- Helping put quotes and bids together and following them up
- Mobilising contracts - getting manpower and kit to site as required
- Running the office

This position is based in the company's Godalming office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

The Candidate:
To be considered for the Office Manager role you will need to possess direct experience of supporting the commercial side of a business - chasing quotes, invoicing etc.

We also need you to have prior experience of arranging the 'delivery' side of construction style jobs - getting kit and people to site etc.

It's also essential that you've got experience of general office admin and support as required - keeping the lights on etc.

The Package:
The basic salary for the Office Manager role is up to GBP30,000 per annum for the perfect candidate.
