We want a talented and experienced Estate Agency Trainer to help us support our network of Local Yopa Agents across England, Scotland and Wales.
We want a passionate individual who is skilled in and has driven success through Estate Agency best practices to help accelerate the performance and revenue across our central branch teams.
As our Estate Agency Trainer, your responsibilities will not only be diverse, but business critical.
Our central branches are home to large, diverse teams, these teams interact with thousands of potential and existing customers each week. Your role will be focused on ensuring that we maximise every opportunity to drive revenue through out each of those contacts, whilst ensuring that our customers have the very best home moving experience.
You will be obsessive about sales improvement and able to balance a focus on both people and process, you will use your previous knowledge and experience to support process review, refinement and high impact training delivery.
You will work as part of the training team and also partner with Operational Managers, You'll be keen to work with field based stakeholders outside of the central branches too - all with the view to understand performance gaps to then deliver the appropriate solutions.
** Please note this role may be either remote based with occasional travel to our main office locations or office based dependent on the home location of the successful candidate **
The role responsibilities
- Work across two central branch sites in Watford and Hinckley as well as spending time with our field based teams to keep abreast of industry needs and trends.
- Develop an in depth understanding of all central branch teams and the associated revenue opportunities, critically analyzing current process and behaviours on an ongoing basis.
- As part of the training team, deliver an outstanding best in class new starter induction programme using your knowledge and experience to shape content and approach.
- Have a flexible approach to deliver weekly training sessions aligned to core business results and available analysis ensuring solutions have a clear measure of success and ROI.
- Develop central branch team leaders subject matter expertise on Estate Agency best practices.
- Be a trusted subject matter expert when partnering with Operation Leads to ensure all current processes, systems and reward packages are geared to drive optimum business performance.
- Support the development of the central branch culture, instilling a focus on high performance.
- You must hold the right to work in the UK.
The experience and skills required
You'll have extensive experience in and a solid understanding of Estate Agency processes, principles and solutions to improve and drive high performance.
Ideally you will have progressed through an Estate Agency career path and have delivered success during this path, fulfilling a multitude of roles from an entry level Negotiator to a high performing Branch Manager.
You are comfortable to interact with all levels of staff in the organisation and can tailor your approach accordingly.
You will be passionate about continuous improvement and will not be afraid to challenge the status quo to drive performance.
You'll be skilled in coaching and delivering group training sessions to share your knowledge and expertise.
And you have the skills, knowledge and experience to develop credible working relationships with the Operational Managers, becoming a trusted partner who can influence behaviour whilst supporting them to grow their central branches.
Experience in working with large diverse teams in a high pressure customer focused environment will also be beneficial.
