Lettings Sales Negotiator

We now seek a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our Lettings Sales team to contribute to our future growth. This role also requires a good working knowledge of the lettings sales process

Key Responsibilities:

• Competently booking and following up viewings, providing landlord feedback daily
• Competently booking valuations, obtaining detailed background information on the landlord's situation
• Working closely with the Sales department to forger relationships with investor buyers
• Maintaining and managing personal and office diaries
• Hourly management of email inboxes
• Conducting viewings to a set standard, following company procedures
• Competently putting together new lets
• Undertaking staff training in agreement with line manager
• Carrying out the daily activities in order to meet daily and weekly personal activity targets
• Conducting all business in accordance with Haslams Vision and Mission
