Area Sales Manager - Plumbing/Heating

A field based territory sales role, selling a range of flexible gas pipes and fittings into m&e contractors, gas/heating engineers and installers. All back-sold via a network of plumbers merchants.

Package: GBP40k-GBP45k basic + 20% OTE, car or allowance, pension, laptop, mobile and 22 days holiday (increasing to 28)
Territory: Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, East Anglia and North London
Products: Flexible gas pipes, fittings and tools
Customers: m&e contractors, gas & heating engineers, installers and merchants

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:

• A field based sales role selling my clients range of flexible corrugated stainless steel gas pipes and tubing
• Alongside a complimentary range of fittings and tools.
• The emphasis of the role is to track and win business with m&e contractors, installers and plumbing and heating engineers.
• With the emphasis on winning high-rise developments, student accommodation and multi-dwelling projects
• All business will be back-sold via a network of plumbing and heating merchants that you will also support.
• The product range has loads of features and benefits, and they are a rapidly expanding company that will be able to offer career progression.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

• Most important is that you have experience of selling into m&e contractors or plumbing and heating engineers
• Your experience could have been gained with the plumbing or heating sector, or equally across business services and HVAC
• You will be new business led in your approach, self motivated with good energy levels and keen to make a name for yourself and carve out a career
