Planning Manager Duties:
- Planning & NRSWA Management: Working closely with Utility and Operations Managers to deploy field base staff, managing weekly schedules, and making sure the correct resources are in place.
- Line Management: Responsible for the leadership and management of our client's Planning Team.
- Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive can-do attitude.
- Building Relationships: Liaising with senior and local representatives of third-party organisations e.g., Developers, Contractors, Highway Agencies, or others to build strong relationships and network of contacts.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Knowledge and background in Planning and NRSWA
- Line Management experience
- Can demonstrate ownership and accountability, the postholder will be responsible for the resource planning and scheduling for 250 projects.
- Attention to detail with the ability to plan and deliver agreed objectives.
- Ability to build and manage effective customer relationships across multiple levels of business
