Cleaning, grading, store preparation, intake, and outloading grain and other cereals. Ensuring the movement of product takes place in a safe and effective manner. Maintaining plant machinery, and dealing with breakdowns. This role involves extended hours through the harvest (beginning of July to the end of August). 
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Grain grading and cleaning.
- Monitoring product intake.
- Implementing maintenance program.
- Loading bulker lorries.
- working hours 7am- 3.30 plus over time.
- Completing intake / out loading documentation.
- Some heavy lifting and manual work.
- Working extended hours during harvest including weekends and evenings.
Key Skills Required
- Very strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Qualifications in Health and Safety (IOSH) or the ability to achieve.
- Good organisational skills.
- Strong team player.
- Computer skills preferred but not essential as training provided.
- Driving licence.
- Full training provided.
