ELOPA Estate Agents has a strong brand foothold in the North East Now, we are looking for talented Property Sales Agents to expand our brand throughout the country.

The opportunity:

You will earn up to GBP850 per property sold. With ELOPA's unique model, you can see income as early as month one, and there is opportunity for an initial salaried period for the right person.

ELOPA will give you all of the business tools and infrastructure you need to be successful, including your own ELOPA PA in the head office. Your ELOPA PA is there to complete your PIPs, schedule viewings and liaise with the Solicitors, so you can focus 100% on growth with none of the busy work. You have the opportunity to build a network of Agents to work under you, increasing your earning potential again. And, finally, you will not simply manage your area, you will own it, which means you can sell it one day.

Your Attributes and Experience:

• Entrepreneurial spirit
• 2+ years Estate Agency experience
• Minimum of 12 months valuing properties
• In-depth knowledge of your local property market
• Effective communication skills
• Integrity and reliability
• Driving license and your own car
