The past 15 months have been hard for everyone, the pandemic has caused a lot of issues for so many people, especially vulnerable children and young people. That’s why we’re looking for experienced and child-centred social workers to join us and be the change in someone’s life.

Each day will be different and you will demonstrate an ability to adapt to priorities, as you closely monitor your caseload. Patient and robust, you’ll know how to listen to each child and be their voice when they need you. This is a career that puts care at its core, so you’ll have an empathic approach and a passion to help. You’ll be part of a supportive team with everything you need at your fingertips to really make a difference. You’ll be innovative in your approach but at the heart of what you do will be encouragement, perseverance and a readiness to help with complex issues.

We are currently recruiting for our Fieldwork teams as we are increasing the number of social workers to ensure we can meet with the future demands on our services. We offer continuous training and development with opportunities to progress, either into other areas of specialisms or into management roles. We also have opportunities if you have been out of Social Work for some time and wish to return with a comprehensive training and support plan.
