We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Administrator to join a dynamic and welcoming team, supporting management as well as the department.
The main purpose of this role is to work as an integral part of the department by providing administration support and outstanding customer service to the internal and external customers in accordance with Company practice and procedures.

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP24,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours
Working days: Monday - Friday
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Meet all turnaround times, targets and quality targets set by Manager
- Review assigned work for accuracy and obtain any missing information
- Enter new contracts in appropriate systems
- Set up new accounts and perform necessary maintenance to change or correct address information, manage a set group of calculations, reconciliations as needed and data updates on systems and with relevant departments if applicable
- Reply to customers inquiries via telephone, fax, e-mail or regular mail in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain task log for all e-mails, telephone calls, faxes and regular mail received on a daily basis
To be a successful Customer Service Administrator you will have:
- Previous experience Customer Service experience within an office environment - this is essential
- Creative thinking ability with proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Great attention for detail, maintaining accuracy and speed
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines with minimal supervision
- A team player, building good working relationships and retaining a positive attitude towards your work and colleagues
- IT skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- Additional experience working in a customer focused role - this is not essential but would be advantageous
