Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Manufacturing company based in Lymington and have a fantastic opportunity for several Night Mixing Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

What's involved?

• Working on a temporary basis for 13 weeks which then transfers into a permanent role.
• Working Monday to Friday 22:00 - 06:00 & Friday 17:00-22:00
• Working in a loud, busy, and fast paced environment.
• Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix materials.
• Working with hot rubber
• Ensuring production schedule is adhered to.

The ideal candidate:

• Will be willing to learn.
• Hard working with "cando" attitude.
• Looking to progress their career further.
• Have a background in using production machinery and understanding manufacturing processes.
• Will work well under pressure.
• Have manufacturing experience (is desirable but not essential)
