Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Manufacturing company based in Lymington and have a fantastic opportunity for several weekend night Mixing Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

What's involved?

  • Working for 13 weeks on a temporary basis which would look to transfer into a permanent position.
  • Working weekend nights Friday to Sunday (18:00 - 06:00)
  • Working in a loud, busy, and fast paced environment.
  • Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix materials.
  • Working with hot rubber
  • Ensuring production schedule is adhered to.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be willing to learn.

  • Have a background in using production machinery and understanding manufacturing processes.
  • Will work well under pressure.
  • Have manufacturing experience (is desirable but not essential)
