HR BP- 12 Month Maternity contract

We are now recruiting for an experienced HRBP to work in an exciting organisation within a team of 3 supportive people.

The company is going through a transitional period of change, creating an open transparent environment and you'll be supporting this transition. You may be involved in initiatives or processes with a quick turnaround. You'll also be engaged in empowering managers' ability to create and deliver training.

Salary: GBP45-50k. 25 days holiday + BH. Free parking. Sick Pay, pension, life assurance, health cash plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver HR services across the business, including recruitment, rewards, conditions, performance management, appraisals, and employee relations
• Coach, support, and mentor managers in the applications of HR policies and practices guiding on complex HR issues as necessary
• Develop, coach and mentor HR Administrator and conduct all management responsibility
• Build organisation and people capability and implement effective people strategies and activities
• Provide management with strategic analysis to help inform long term planning
• Support HR Director/Head of HR and Senior Manager Team with transformation activities to help the business to create a culture and approach focused on its people which drives sales and supports growth initiative
• Interpret and advise on employment law and best practice, including ACAS Guidance
